[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of her husband, namely, Pandi, S/o.Gandhi, aged about 45 years. 2.Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, on 06.02.2024 a criminal case has been registered in Crime No.28 of 2024 on the file of the Keelavalavu Police Station as 'Man Missing'. Thereafter, the detenu was found murdered on 09.02.2024 and therefore, the alteration report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, altering the offences from Man Missing into Sections 109, 341, 342, 364, 302 and 201 IPC. 3.In view of the aforestated, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
