CRIME NO.97 OF 2017 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6104/2017 dated 18/05/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 21.05.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 24.05.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police daily at 10.30 am for a period two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
