ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 472 of IPC. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that this is a case of forgery involving the signature of Tahsildar and Government seal while issuing patta. According to the prosecution, one Ganesan produced a patta and this made suspicious. On enquiry, the said Ganesan stated that he paid certain sum to the petitioner herein and it was the petitioner who issued the offending document. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a HIV patient.
