RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in CR.M.P. (MD) No. 4875 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 5954 of 2017 dated 14/06/2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARUNANIDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed additional set of documents today and he states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.06.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 18.06.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. On a perusal of the documents, it is seen that the petitioner claims relaxation of condition on the basis of his age and also based on the medical certificate issued by the concerned hospital where the petitioner had undergone surgery https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. sd/- 04/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
