ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceeding in Na.Ka.No.C1/249/2022, dated 03.02.2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the summon issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has entered into appearance and also executed a bond as directed by them. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 28.02.2023 NCC :
