PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to direct the Respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the Petitioner and Petitioner's family members in the name of enquiry in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had borrowed money from the Respondents 5 and 6 after executing the promissory note and other documents in favour of the Respondents 5 and 6. Since she had already executed pro notes and other documents, the Petitioner had repaid the amount. The Respondents 5 and 6 in spite of the Petitioner having paid the entire dues had approached the Respondents 3 and 4 for re-payment of the money by the Petitioner herein. Therefore, the Petitioner was forced to file this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 3 and 4 not to harass her and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 4, submits that the Petitioner had already borrowed money from the Respondents 5 and 6. The Petitioner repaid the same. The Petitioner only had given a complaint. The Respondents 5 and 6 had not given any complaint. The Respondents 3 and 4 are ready to abide by the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
