RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.3172 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2872 of 2017 dated 17.04.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 23.04.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 23.04.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioner charged for the offences under Sections 120 (b),167, 409,465,471,477(A) IPC and 13(2) r/w13(1)(c) and 13(1)(d) of preventing of anti-Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
