Side) COMMON O RDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Pudukkottai to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day on merit relating to Crime Nos.240 and 241 of 2022, dated 27.12.2022.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant given a complaint stating that the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2870 of 2023 and her husband are following double glass system in their Tea Shop, discriminating the schedule caste people. On surprise inspection, the petitioners were found with two types of glasses in their Tea Shop. Hence the present complaint came to be filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that only summon is issued to the petitioners by the trial Court.
4. As per the summon, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court and execute bond as required.
