RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners made in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.3171 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2881 of 2017 dated 17.04.2017 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 23.04.2017.
2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 23.04.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.
3. The petitioners charged for the offences under Sections 120 (b),167, 409,465,471,477(A) IPC and 13(2) r/w13(1)(d) of preventing of anti-Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.
4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e on first Sunday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
