ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in S.No.73/13B Somanathamangalam Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.The petitioner has made an application on 25.11.2024 and paid the requisite fee seeking such survey. On 26.11.2024, the petitioner has also given a representation considering the urgency of the matter arising out of the dispute with the neighbour. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is attempting to encroach in the petitioner's property. 2/4

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has made an application on 25.11.2024, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the application of the petitioner, dated 25.11.2024 and if necessary, after hearing the objection of the 3rd respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
