PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.19 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner was in custody since 08.01.2020 for the offences under Sections 417 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.19 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, she sought bail. Interim bail was granted.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the intervener as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would state that even though the petitioner in her confession implicated Muthselvan, the petitioner is not making available the relevant documents. The investigating officer would state that unless the petitioner makes available the said documents, Muthuselvan cannot be made as accused.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that if it is brought out that the petitioner is deliberately withheld some related documents, it is always open to the prosecution to apply for cancellation of bail.

4. With this liberty to the prosecution, the interim bail granted is made absolute.
