ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Pa.Ve.03/2025/A3 dated 03.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is not the competent authority to pass the order 2/5

and thereby the order passed by the third respondent is liable to be set aside.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that already the particular period was over and the order passed is pertaining to festival to be held on 10.02.2025 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Since the petition is filed challenging order passed for the particular date (10.02.2025) and also festival was over, without going into the merits of the arguments of the petitioner this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
