This criminal original petition has been filed to direct second respondent to provide police protection to the lives of the petitioner and her children and property against the third and fourth respondents and other proposed accused persons. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to her and her children through the representation dated 30.09.2015 respectively. Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
