ORDER:- This Petition Civil Miscellaneous Petition and transfer coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 05/04/2019, and letter in D.No.320 of 2021, dated 05/06/2021, received from the Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur District for seeking further Two Months time to dispose the case and in the presence of the counsels for the parties and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 05.04.2019, this court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.21 of 2018 within a period of six months. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.258/2021 dated 06.05.2021 wherein, the learned judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, has requested for extension of two months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 05.04.2019.
