This Writ Miscellaneous Petition praying this Hon'ble Court To stay all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned proceeding in Na.Ka.No.4497/J2/2021 dated 12-02-2021 issued by the 2nd respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

Cont.P.(MD) No.264 of 2021 2.In view of the order dated 03.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.2966 of 2021 quashing the relieving order passed against the petitioner and the factum that the petitioner has been continuing in service as Principal of Sethupathy Government Arts College, Ramanathapuram, which has been admitted by both sides, this contempt petition is closed.
