ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.2091 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the de-facto Complainant had filed Joint Compromise Memo stating that the accused and the de-facto Complainant had arrived at a compromise. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) had filed a status report and would submit that the compromise arrived at between the parties are bonafide.

4.In the light of the joint memo, filed by both the parties through their respective Counsels, the case in C.C.No.2091 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is hereby quashed. 5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
