This petition is filed to call for the records in charge sheet in CC.No.176/2014 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirupathur and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in conviction on 08.07.2017 by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirupathur.
