RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6678 of 2017 dated 06/06/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SEVUGARAJA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 13.06.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 13.06.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioners charged for the offences under Sections 294 (b),341, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.136 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
