ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to conduct 1/4

further investigation in Crime No.179 of 2022 dated 21.08.2022 on the file of the respondent police

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the finger print has been taken and the same was sent to the forensic departmental for examination. After receiving report, the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file a final report in Crime No.179 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of report from the forensic Department.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
