RESPONDENT/COMPLAINT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 2558 of 2017 dated 09/03/2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ARUL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 20.03.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 20.03.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioners charged for the offences under Sections 304 (B),306 and 498-A of IPC in Crime No.31 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
