ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction for police protection towards his life and limb and also use the common pathway pursuant to the order, dated 08.02.2002 in S.A.No.1052 of 1990 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for State. 3.In keeping with the civil court decree in favour of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to afford police protection at the cost of the petitioner to the limited extent of the right granted to the petitioner in the civil proceedings referred. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
