RESPONDENT/ PETITIONER/ HUSBAND Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the case pending in H.M.O.P No.33 of 2019 on the file of Family Judge, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District or to any competent court within Virudhunagar District and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Prayer in CMP(MD). 1327/ 2019 :

Pleased to Stay all further proceedings of the case pending in H.M.O.P No.33 of 2019 on the file of Family Judge, Madurai pending disposal of Transfer Petition and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.J.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would state that if the case is referred to the mediation centre, there could be some amicable settlement.

Therefore, the case is referred to the mediation and conciliation centre and the parties are directed to appear before the mediation centre on 16.04.2019 for mediation. The mediation centre shall refer back the case to the Court on 24.04.2019 along with the mediation report.
