This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to give police protection for measuring the land in S.No.51/3 at Pattam Pudur Village of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection for measuring the land in S.No.51/3 at Pattam Pudur Village . Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
