Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJA RAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time imposed in the Crl.O.P. by order dated 24.03.2016 permitting the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within 15 days. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai by today and the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is directed to surrender before the Trial Court on or before 18.04.2016,

failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
