The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent / Inspector of Police, (Law and Order) Thilagar Thidal Police Station, Madurai District to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.1275 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order, dated 29.04.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.1275 of 2019, due enquiry was conducted and the report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 23.02.2020. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the statement, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai is directed to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
