ORDER

Seeking direction to the learned Special Judge for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, to expedite the trial and dispose the case in S.C.No.01 of 2010, this Criminal Original Petition is filed. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Special Judge for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, to complete the trial in S.C No.01 of 2010 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
