ORDER

The petitioner seeks the limited relief of having a survey conducted for his property. The petitioner has made an application on 29.10.2024 and also paid the requisite fee. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation on 02.01.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, with the consent of parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4.The petitioner only seeks disposal of his representation dated 02.01.2025, which is infurtherance of his application for survey made on 29.10.2024. 5.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct a survey pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 29.10.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
