ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2021. 1/3
2. The case of the petitioner is that she is the wife of the fourth respondent and there was a family dispute between them. Hence, the complaint was given by the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent is working in the Police Department and taking advantage of working in the Police Department, he is continuously harassing the petitioner and her family members. Further, the fourth respondent has forcibly removed the child from the petitioner.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent also gave a CSR Receipt No.509 of 2020. He would further submit that there is a family dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Therefore, she can work out her remedy before the Family Court by filing appropriate petition.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, since no Police protection in such family dispute can be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
