This habeas corpus petition is filed by the wife alleging that her husband aged 73 years old, is missing.

2. The respondent police has secured the detenue, namely, Sethu Arumugam, husband of the petitioner, from a home, where he has joined voluntarily.

3. An interaction with the said detenue, namely, Sethu Arumugam reveals that he is not interested in matrimonial life and he has left his wife and 2/4
