PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of completion of 10 years of service and grant the consequent benefits both monetary and service by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner's case is that he worked as Mazdoor on daily wages basis right from the year 1992 and that even proposals were sent in his favour for regularization of his service on 09.03.2010. His specific contention is that he fulfils the requirements set out in G.O.(Ms)No.22, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department, dated 28.02.2006. He also given a representation dated 11.11.2017.

appropriate orders in accordance with law with regard to the petitioner's claim for regularization. Such order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
