On the last hearing date i.e., on 06.08.2024, learned counsel on record for the petitioner reported no instructions. An endorsement was also made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner to that effect in the court bundle on the last hearing date. After recording the same, this Court

directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and post the matter for hearing today.

2. The name of the petitioner is also printed in the cause list today, as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 06.08.2024. Despite the same, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. This writ petition is of the year 2021. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
