Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C.1/19976/2011, dated 17.07.2015 for regularization of the service of the petitioners herein in the 3rd respondent Municipality within a time frame as fixed by this Court. regularization of their services. In this regard, proposals have been submitted by the third respondent. It is the first respondent, who has to pass orders on the said proposal.

2.The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the third respondent vide proceedings dated 17.07.2015 on or before 31.05.2018. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 3.With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
