ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to initiate departmental or disciplinary action against the respondent No.5 (individually as respondent No.7) on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that a criminal case is registered against the writ petitioner and no charge sheet has been filed. Thus, he made a complaint against the 7th respondent for initiating disciplinary proceedings.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader made a submission that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai conducted an enquiry in which the petitioner also had participated. After conducting enquiry, the case was transferred to Ilayankudi Police Station, and appropriate relief has been granted to the petitioner.

4. This being the factum, it is for the petitioner to pursue all further proceedings in the manner known to law.
