ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,18,750/- , which was credited in S.T.C.No.8 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Pattukkottai in Crl.M.P (MD)No.10753 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.787 of 2021, dated 19.10.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the petitioner has withdrawn 25% of the amount and filed the present petition to withdraw the remaining amount. 1/3

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that since the petitioner has already received 25% of the amount, the revision may be taken up for final hearing.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the deposit made by the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the balance amount on giving necessary undertaking before the trial Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
