ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the Respondent to complete the enquiry pending before him pertaining to the Civil Engineers Association, Pudukkottai based on the petitioner's petition, dated 17.06.2020, within a reasonable period of time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader, submits that the enquiry has already been commenced and within a period of twelve weeks, the respondent will pass final orders on the petitioner's petition dated 17.06.2020. The said statement is recorded.

4.Accordingly, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.3070/A5/2020, dated 14.12.2020, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and all other necessary parties, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
