more particularly the 3rd respondent to release the registered sale deed baring document No.1227 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent in respect of Survey Nos.89,93,94 and 96 measuring to an extent of 97.69 acres at S.Kallupatti, Kariyapatti sub Registration Office, Virudhunagar District to the petitioner pending reference in respect of alleged under valuation under Section 47(A) of Indian Stamp Act forthwith.
2. Heard Mr.S.Palani Velayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.J.Gunaseelanmuthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that pursuant to the presentation of the writ petition, the proceedings under Section 47(A) of the Indian Stamp Act was initiated and that final orders have also been passed. As such it would be appropriate for the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in a manner known to law.
4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
