ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the second respondent, superseding the petitioner society under Section 88(I)(IV) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Against the order passed by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies under Section 88(i)(iv) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, an appeal is provided under Section 152 (i) of the said Act. Without availing alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot maintain this writ petition. However, it is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the authority concerned, if he is so advised.

3.This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.1059 and 1060 of 2018 are closed.
