Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the Service Surrender Leave Salary amount of Rs.16,767/- payable to the petitioner for the period from 2009 to 2016, together with 18 precentage interest from 1/3

the date of his retirement i.e.31.05.2017 to till the date of payment and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated period.

Prayer in WP(MD). 13046 of 2021 :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the period of delay from 01.05.2020 to 01.06.2021, in paying the amounts paid towards his terminal benefits namely EPF Employee's Contribution, Gratuity and Encashment of Earned/Sick within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and without affecting his right to claim balance amounts towards those benefits. Prayer in WP(MD). 17759 of 2021 :

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 6% per annum, for the period of delay from 01.05.2019 to 26.01.2021, in paying the amounts paid towards petitioner's terminal benefits namely EPF Employee's Contribution, Gratuity and Encashment of Earned/Sick Leaves, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and without affecting petitioner's right to claim balance amounts towards those benefits.
