(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for proper laying of the road leading access from Ponnivaikal Street to Kanyakumari - Tirunelveli National Highways (Valliyoor), in pursuant to his representation dated 04.11.2020.

2. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, we call upon the first respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2020 and take appropriate action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
