PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to issue suitable direction to conduct further investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner from the second respondent to third respondent under the direct monitoring of first respondent in accordance with law.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to conduct further investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner from the second respondent to third respondent under the direct monitoring of first respondent in accordance with law.

2. It is evident from the records that the fifth respondent herein has previously filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.339 of 2023, seeking direction to the police officials not to harass the petitioner therein, who is the fifth respondent herein, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein and this Court directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders 2/5

within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and taking note of the fact that there is a civil dispute between the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised.
