ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of his wife, namely, Kalaimani, aged about 23 years. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the respondent Police produced the detenue, who is a major, before this Court. When we enquired, she has made a submission before us that she married one Praveen; she is now residing with him and wanted to go along with him. 3.While recording the statement made by the detenue, we feel that this Habeas Corpus Petition may be closed by permitting the detenue girl to go along with the said Praveen, as she desired, accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has any other claim, it is for him to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
