ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.11.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused have entered into the land of the petitioner, cut and removed the karuvel trees worth about Rs.50,000/-. As there was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.25 of 2015 under Section 379 (NP) and subsequently closed 'as mistake of fact' on 27.03.2015 and RC notice was also served to the petitioner.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(CS-I) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
