ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to grant Bank Loan of Rs.5,60,375/- (Bank Loan Rs.3,50,000/- + the 5th respondent's subsidy of rs.1,68,112/- = Rs.5,60,375/-] to the petitioner forthwith for erecting Bore-well in the agricultural land, situating in Survey No.242/5, in A.Puththur Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019, 29.07.2019 and 09.09.2019 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, a report as requested by the respondents 4 and 5 has been produced by the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 22.03.2019, 29.07.2019 and 09.09.2019 by considering

the report and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
