ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 22.04.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, in D.NO.829 of2021 dated 25.11.2021, and this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, seeking extension of further time to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.42 of 2019 in O.S.Nos.85 of 2008 and 267 of 2021.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, by four months and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
