(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent alleging that the TASMAC shop is proposed to be started, without any permission. 2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation dated 20.11.2020 made by the petitioner, we call upon the first respondent to look into the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
