ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 294(b) and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.142 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to the dispute with regard to using of pathway, the petitioner attacked the son of the defacto complainant by using screw-driver.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged

from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
