PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and the Surveyor for measuring in land in Survey No.818/A, Nerur Thenbagam Village, Karur District. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and the Surveyor measuring in land in Survey No.818/A, Nerur Thenbagam Village, Karur District.

2. The right of the petitioner to property stands secured by way of decree in O.S.No.704 of 2002, passed by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karur, where under the petitioner has obtained decree for permanent injunction.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite an order of permanent injunction, the rival parties are disturbing the petitioner's possession at the time of fencing the property.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5. In such circumstances, there shall a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for three days, at his own cost, on such dates required by the petitioner in the first week of February 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
