The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2022 and to take necessary action within the time limit. 2.The petitioner lodged complaint against the third respondent on 19.01.2022 and it is pending on the file of second respondent. 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct detailed enquiry and dispose the complaint, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
