ORDER

The sole accused in C.C.No.403 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai had filed this petition seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.403 of 2016. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the de-facto Complainant had filed Joint Compromise Memo stating that the accused and the de-facto Complainant had arrived at a compromise. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions of the Respondent Police would submit that the compromise arrived at between the parties are bonafide.

4.In the light of the joint memo, filed by both the parties through their respective Counsels, the case in C.C.No.403 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, is hereby quashed. 5.In view of the above, both the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
