This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner herein is the Defacto Complainant in Cr.No.8 of 2022 pending on the file of the All Women Police Station, Devakottai and she filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.8 of 2022 had already been completed and charge sheet also laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, which was taken on file in C.C.No.26 of 2024. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) further submitted that the case was posted on 07.03.2024 for the appearance of the Accused Persons. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
